We require referral from your veterinary surgeon before seeing your pet. If your pet has not been directly referred by your vet we will need to contact your vet before your appointment to acquire this.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee (50% of the cost of the consult) may be applied if you cancel without adequate notice or fail to attend your appointment.

If your pet has an illness or infectious condition you must contact us to reschedule the appointment.

Payment can be made using cash, cheque, or bank transfer.

Payment in full must be received before or at the time of your appointment. A late payment fee may be added otherwise.

For remote appointments payment via bank transfer must be received before the appointment.

If you are claiming through your insurance company you must still pay for your appointment up front. We can fill out the claim forms so your insurance company can reimburse you for the cost.

We reserve the right to refuse physiotherapy treatment if your pet requires veterinary treatment prior to physiotherapy or if your pet is considered a danger to the physiotherapist. We may charge for the cost of travel if this occurs.
